Great shop. The decor is chic, you can sit outside in the private park. The service is friendly, the food is delicious. The price-performance ratio is great, main courses are between 10 and 20 euros, the quality is great. Vegetarians will also find something. I'll be back :)

A great service, very personable owner who also takes over the service in the dining room. At least in the current situation. I felt very comfortable from start to finish. The food was very very good and the portion was great. The restaurant is in beautiful surroundings and I can only recommend it to have a look there. One small drawback was that currently no credit cards can be accepted, but EC cards worked without problems. According to the owner, these technical problems are known and reported, but the provider does not send a technician out to check the device. Therefore I do not resent the owner, because he is not at fault.

We give the full five stars because we ate very tasty, were looked after by a super nice team and the price-performance ratio is very good in our opinion. An all-round beautiful evening, we would love to come back and look forward to the next surprise menu. At dessert we were too quick and have no photo but it was also very tasty 😃

After my third visit to the restaurant - three times at lunchtime - I am very satisfied with what was served there. Namely: appealing wine at moderate bottle prices (worth it compared to the glass). A creative cuisine, both a la carte and for lunch. I tried gnocchi in gorgonzola sauce, bread salad, the potato pan as well as fried fish in the surprise menu. Modern, tasty, creative, inexpensive. The ambience is very nice. Modern, nestled next to a villa in a park and therefore very quiet with parking for the car. The service was attentive and professional. A real recommendation in Lüdenscheid.

What a nice restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and served. To 9 people, including 3 children, we got a nice table by the window overlooking the park. The food was modern and delicious. Very good products, you can tell that the chef is creative and refrains from unnecessary Chichi. Honest food is probably the best! We will gladly come back and express our recommendation!

After my first visit to the restaurant, I felt obliged to give my opinion, not only to the staff present, but also to the interested group of people here in the net. In the best weather and in the most beautiful scenery, we enjoyed a 3-course surprise menu, which I - at least in the vicinity - to look unsurpassed. All dishes were optimally prepared, coherent and aromatic thought out. The service was very friendly and attentive. If there's a Michelin-male dropping by, I would not be surprised if the Humboldt's team sees stars shortly thereafter. Thank you very much. Unrestricted recommendation!

Special wishes? No problem... As in the past in the Humboldtvilla there is high quality food. Nevertheless, the staff is relaxed and fulfills any special requests. The Currywurst or the Krüstchen is just as much on the menu as well as some fancier dishes. Everyone can feel comfortable here. Both those who want to eat more unusual dishes, and those who prefer more traditional dishes. Even for vegetarians and children, individual solutions are always found. Other special requests such. For example, a birthday cake at midnight was not a problem. I can fully recommend the Humboldt. The chef comes to the tables regularly and asks for feedback. Suggestions are also gratefully received and implemented if possible. I hope the Humboldt will stay with us for many years to come.

We were there last night with a bigger group. Excellent prepared and quality food. Top ambience, super good service and a nice team. Special requests are fulfilled immediately. A big compliment to the chef and thank you for a wonderful evening, the absolutely lovely team.

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first because unfortunately I was quite biased towards Humboldt. Accordingly, on my first visit, I did not feel very well at first: how was that all the same, which cutlery do I take first? Am I dressed appropriately? Are we maybe too loud at the table? The food was great on the first night, from the appetizer to the entree to the main course all incredibly delicious and consistent. The wine recommendation to the different courses fit perfectly. Prices for the quality absolutely fine. The staff convinced me the most. Consistently friendly, fun, obliging and welcoming. The chef makes his rounds in between and comes to each table, is open to suggestions and praise. We have been to the Humboldt several times since then, the food was always great, all our requests, even if a little unusual, were fulfilled. We have already celebrated birthdays, were there with vegetarians as well as with children. Everyone was excited. A big thank you to the whole team: you prepare us every time a wonderful and funny evening and do a really good job! THANK YOU

Very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere and very good fresh food The terrace and restaurant have a wonderful view of the park. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The kitchen is very good and tasty.
